They lived near the Dominican monastery that was founded in 1251 by lord Siegfried of Mahrenberg and his mother Giselle.

The monastery played an important role for Radlje and its surroundings from its establishment to its dissolution in the 18th century. It was known for its pharmacy. After the fall of the mansion, the lord’s family spent a lot of time in the mansion under the hill Kalvarija, where they lived, created and socialized with other aristocratic families.

The mansion holds a lot of interesting facts about the town’s rich history. You can take a look at the depiction of the lord’s family in the park in front of the mansion, and take a picture with them.
